"Sunset Swim" - Common Mergansers Original Acrylic Painting 12" x 30"
One of Labouri's biggest dreams was to go off in to the wilderness on horse back and pack mule and last year this dream came true. Her Husband and she were taken in to the Great Bear Wilderness in Montana by their very dear friend Jay Diest and his wife. They were there for four days and saw this scene on the last day of our trip. They were all sitting by the river next to their camp and this family of Mergansers flooded by. There were sixteen babies.
